👨‍🔧 How to Build It (Step-by-Step)

Step 1 – Build the Form

Tally, Typeform, or Jotform work great. Capture fields like:

  • Name

  • Email

  • Company

  • Website

  • Role/Title

  • Project Needs / Message

  • Budget (if applicable)

  • Timeline

Step 2 – Create Airtable Base

Create a table called “Leads”. Recommended fields:

  • Name

  • Email

  • Company

  • Source (e.g. Website, Referral, Ad)

  • Notes

  • Lead Score

  • Status (New, Contacted, Qualified, Not a Fit)

  • Tags (e.g. High Budget, Startup, Spam)

Step 3 – Make.com Scenario

Trigger:

  • Watch Form Submissions (Tally or Typeform etc.)

Action 1:

  • Airtable – Create a Record with submitted form data

Action 2:

  • OpenAI – Qualify the Lead
